What is Alloclae?

It’s the newest frontier in regenerative medicine. AlloClae is aallogenic adipose matrix filler made from ethically donated, human adipose (fat) tissue. It is designed to restore lost volume and contour using natural human tissue instead of synthetic chemicals.

AlloClae is unlike traditional fillers which only simulate volume, or bio-stimulators that rely on collagen response. UltraClear Laser

The UltraClear laser a FDA skin resurfacing laser to improve skin quality, texture, and signs of aging. It is a cold fiber fractional laser that uses precise light energy to treat both superficial and deeper layers of skin. UltraClear removed the damage outer layers of skin, and creates micro-injuries deep into the skin. This helps trigger your bodies ability to produce collagen and elastin. The “cold” part of the fractional laser, means it generates less heat which reduces damange to the surrounding tissue and speeds up recovery.

The UltraClear is used to treat: fine lines, wrinkles, acne scars, surgical scars, sun damage, pigmentation, skin texture, pore and dull skin. This treatment will require 5-7 days of downtime. It is importact to keep the treated area moist with laser balm, and avoid the sun.

What is an Internal Bra or Mesh?

An internal bra or mesh is used with a breast augmentations, or breast lifts. This product is used when extra support is needed to lift and hold the implant. As we age, we lose collagen and skin becomes weak. Mesh can be placed for stability, and desired lift support.

An internal mesh, is thin and flexiable scaffold. It is made out of bioloical materals, or synthetic materials. Some mesh is permanent while others not. Overtime, your body’s tissue will grow into or around the mesh. This will give extra reinforcment around the area.

The downside to mesh can be cost. It adds another veriable to the surgery which can add to the cost. Mesh is a foreign body and in rare situations can cause a reaction. If you think you maybe a candidate for mesh, or an internal bra talk to your board certified plastic surgeon.
