Preservé Breast Augmentation

Preservé (or preservation breast augmentation) is a minimally invasive surgical technique designed to enhance volume while protecting your natural breast tissues, ligaments, and nerves. By avoiding cutting chest muscles and relying on gentle tissue separation, it delivers a natural look and faster recovery.

How the Procedure Works

The Preservé method focuses on gently expanding the space for the implant, instead of cutting.

  • Tissue Separation: A specialized tool creates a tunnel without severing connective tissue.

  • Balloon Dissection: An inflatable balloon is used to gently push tissue aside, creating an ideal, stable pocket for the implant.

  • Implant Placement: The Motiva implant is placed over the muscle, preserving your native chest muscle integrity and nipple sensation.

Key Benefits

  • Faster Recovery

  • No Animation Deformity

  • Preserves Sensation and tissue

  • Minimal Scarring

  • Ideal Candidates

This technique is highly tailored for moderate enhancement, and usually is limited to implants under 300cc. Since the implant sits over the muscle, surgeons require patients to have adequate natural breast tissue to properly camouflage the edges of the implant.

Anesthesia

Preservé is less invasive and the technique often takes less time to perform, this means Preservé can often be done under local or twiglight sedation.
