ULTRACLEAR LASER

UltraClear® Laser is a fractional skin resurfacing treatment often marketed as the world's first "cold fiber laser." It is designed to improve skin texture, pigmentation, acne scars, fine lines, wrinkles, enlarged pores, and sun damage while offering less downtime than many traditional ablative lasers.

How UltraClear works

UltraClear uses a 2910 nm fiber laser wavelength that is highly absorbed by water in the skin. It creates microscopic treatment zones that remove damaged surface skin while delivering controlled heat deeper into the dermis to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

What UltraClear can treat

  • Acne scars

  • Fine lines and wrinkles

  • Sun damage and age spots

  • Uneven skin tone

  • Hyperpigmentation

  • Enlarged pores

  • Rough skin texture

  • Mild skin laxity (skin tightening)

Benefits

  • Suitable for a wide range of skin types, including many patients with darker skin tones.

  • Generally less downtime than traditional CO₂ laser resurfacing with CO2 results.

  • Can be customized from a light "lunchtime peel" to deeper resurfacing treatments.

  • Typically performed in 15–30 minutes for a full face.

Recovery and downtime

Recovery depends on treatment intensity:

  • Light treatments: redness and mild swelling for 1–3 days, often with return to normal activities within a day.

  • Deeper resurfacing: approximately 7–10 days of recovery with peeling, redness, and swelling.
