What is Preservé™?
Preservé™ is a newer, tissue-sparing approach to breast augmentation associated with Motiva® implants. The goal is to create the implant pocket while minimizing disruption to the breast's natural tissues and supporting structures. Specialized instruments are used to gently separate tissues and create a controlled pocket for the implant rather than broadly cutting through supportive structures.

What makes it different?
Traditional breast augmentation can involve more extensive surgical dissection to create the implant pocket. Preservé™ focuses on creating the pocket with less disruption, essentially working with the existing anatomy rather than extensively releasing it. Some implementations use an implant placement above the pectoralis major muscle, such as subglandular or subfascial placement.
